The Committee, members and former players were sadden to learn of the death of our former player Seamus McKenna. Seamus was a prominent player for the Club during the 1950 and ‘60’s, playing mostly at Midfield or Centre Half Forward. He remained a keen supporter of the Club and gave great service to St.Brenda’s Camogie Club. We offer our deepest sympathy to his wife Renee, daughters Ann, Petrina, Roisin, son Harry and entire family circle

It was with deep sadness that the committee & members of St Brenda's heard of the passing of our esteemed joint president Seamus McKenna on Sunday morning. Seamus was a true Nab stalwart and was a great supporter of St Brenda's over the past 5 decades, his daughters Ann Petrina & Roisin all playing for Ballymacnab & grand-daughters Nicole & Kaitlin maintaining the tradition. Seamus was one of life's great characters and always had a unique way to put a smile on a face. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten by those who had the pleasure to know him. Our condolences are extended to Seamus's wife Renee, his daughters Ann who is our club treasurer, Petrina & Roisin, son Harry, grandchildren & wider family circle. Rest in Peace Seamus.
