BALLYMACNAB ROUND TOWERS GFC Newsletter – 23 November 2020 


On Saturday evening at 19:20 we marked the centenary of Bloody Sunday by lighting up our club fields and lowering our flags as a mark of respect to the 14 people who sadly lost their lives. Thanks to Brian McClelland who captured the occasion on video & to Barry Loughran for the piping of Amhrán na bhFiann. This footage can be found on all our social media platforms.

Thanks to all who continue to support the football & camogie Clubs by placing items in the recycling bin in the grounds car park. This raises a monthly income. If you fine the bin is full, items can be placed in the wooden hut beside the recycling bin.  


Items that can be recycled: 

• Various items of clothing
• Bags & Shoes (please tie shoes together using laces)
• Hats & Belts;
• Towels & Curtains;
• Bed-Linen – sheets, blankets, pillow cases but not duvet covers.
